Converting inside the free limits costs nothing, needs no account and no card. Pro is a single payment that lifts the batch ceilings for 12 months — it exists for the month of invoices that does not fit into one run.

What the paid unlock changes

Nothing about the conversion itself changes: the recognition engine, the export formats and the quality of the output are identical. Pro only raises the ceilings that protect a browser tab from running out of memory.

Questions people ask before buying

What happens after 12 months?

The unlock simply expires and the tool falls back to the free limits. Nothing is charged automatically and no card is kept on file by us, so there is no renewal to cancel and no surprise charge. You keep every file you already exported.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-up, no password and no profile. The unlock is tied to the browser and device where you activate it, which is why it is described as a single-device unlock rather than an account subscription.

Who charges my card?

Waffo Pancake is the merchant of record, so its name appears on your statement and it handles tax and card processing. We never see or store your card number. See the Terms of Use for the full billing terms.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — if the paid unlock does not work as described, write to support@ocr2excel.com within 14 days of purchase and we refund the full amount to the original payment method. Consumers in the EEA and the UK also keep their statutory withdrawal rights.

Are my files uploaded when I pay?

No. Payment has nothing to do with your documents. Recognition runs inside your browser on every plan, paid or free, and the files you convert are never sent to a server, including ours.

Most single invoices, receipts and screenshots fit inside the free limits. Try the image to Excel converter first and only pay if a batch is genuinely too large — the conversion guide explains the workflow, and the PDF to Excel page covers multi-page documents.
